Formed in 2017 by industry veterans Dan Sims and Steve Rogerson—each bringing extensive experience as retailers, sales reps, and marketers working with iconic brands across sales, PR, and product design. Their diverse backgrounds are the foundation of our mission: helping specialty retail partners thrive.

Dan Sims
Co-Founder and Principal
Dan started repping in 1989, calling on the best retailers in the greater NYC area, including a successful stint with his own store. Dan loves dogs, Jane, their boys and pastries, not necessarily in that order.
Steve Rogerson
Co-Founder and Principal
Steve moved from Canada to the USA in the late 80's, where his passions for outdoor sports turned into a career. He has worked in specialty retail as a buyer and manager, and started repping at Patagonia in 1990. Steve enjoys sailing, dad jokes, skiing, travel, and riding bikes.
Mitchell McGuinness
Sales Rep
Mitchell has been a rep in the outdoor sports channel for 30+ years. She's a passionate industry professional, and takes care of specialty retailers in run, outdoor, comfort shoe & ski in MD, DC, VA and WVA.
Matt Strickland
Sales Rep
Matt's been a backcountry guide, a retail buyer and manager, and has been repping great brands for the past decade. He covers Upstate NY and western New England, and when he's not on the road, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking and paddling. He's the founder and organizer of the annual Great Brant Lake Canoe Race (https://www.northwarrencanoe.com)
Nick Morfesi
Sales Rep
Nick has been servicing New England retailers since 2018, and was recognized as sales rep of the year in 2023. He is an active runner, enjoys film photography, fishing, and camping in the White Mountains of NH. He's got a keen eye for hidden gems at thrift stores and garage sales.
